Eligibility for Return & Exchange
1. You can apply for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods, provided that the commodity is in an unused state, the packaging is intact, the tags and accessories are complete, and there is no man-made damage or pollution. Commodities that are not suitable for return or exchange due to their nature (such as customized commodities, perishable commodities, intimate commodities) are not included in this scope, which will be clearly marked on the commodity details page.
2. If the commodity has quality problems, does not conform to the description or has wrong delivery, you can apply for return or exchange within 15 days from the date of receiving the goods, and we will bear the relevant logistics costs.
Return & Exchange Process
1. You shall log in to your Platform account, enter the “Order Center”, select the corresponding order and apply for return or exchange, and upload relevant certificates (such as commodity photos, problem descriptions) as required.
2. After we review and confirm the application, we will notify you of the return address and related matters. You shall send the commodity back to the specified address within the specified time and keep the logistics order number.
3. We will check the commodity after receiving the returned goods. If it meets the return and exchange conditions, we will handle the exchange or return formalities for you in a timely manner.
Exclusions from Return & Exchange
1. Commodities that have been used, damaged, polluted or whose packaging, tags or accessories are incomplete due to your reasons.
2. Customized commodities, perishable commodities, intimate commodities, cosmetics that have been opened, and other commodities clearly marked as non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
3. Commodities that are damaged due to improper use, storage or maintenance by you.
Refund Scenarios and Timeframe
1. If you cancel the order before shipment, we will process the refund within 1-3 working days after confirming the cancellation, and the refund will be returned to your original payment account. The actual arrival time shall be subject to the processing cycle of the payment platform and the bank.
2. If you apply for a refund due to return, exchange or other reasons, we will process the refund within 3-5 working days after confirming that the returned goods meet the conditions, and the refund will be returned to your original payment account. The actual arrival time shall be subject to the processing cycle of the payment platform and the bank (usually 3-7 working days).
Refund Amount
1. For order cancellation before shipment, the refund amount shall be the full amount you paid (including commodity price and freight).
2. For return refunds, the refund amount shall be the actual payment amount of the commodity. If the return is caused by our reasons (such as quality problems, wrong delivery), the round-trip logistics costs shall be borne by us and will be returned together with the commodity payment; if the return is caused by your reasons (such as not liking, improper purchase), the return logistics cost shall be borne by you, and the refund amount will not include the original freight (if any).
Refund Notes
1. You shall ensure that the payment accounts used for refund are valid and the information is correct. If the refund fails due to incorrect account information, you shall bear the relevant risks.
2. If you have used coupons, points or other preferential rights when placing the order, the corresponding preferential rights will be recovered or deducted when processing the refund, and the specific rules shall be subject to the preferential activity instructions at that time.
